I recommend you download this and save it in your getting started directory so you have it as a guide. If you have decided to create an instructor's guide as we suggested, print it out for your binder.

I personally prefer teaching from a binder as I can make margin notes, add other materials of my own, mark off dates where we had discussions, and I can always go back to it for review.
